Hisa Gradnikova… a quaint 1850’s newly renovated stone-built cottage, in the heart of Tolmin old centre. A unique style, with a curvy exterior, built around one of the tiny side streets of the old town. Close to the Soca River. The house is fantastically located in the centre of Tolmin and walking distance to the festivals. It is ideal if you do not want to have a car. There are many restaurants and bars all within walking distance, as well as various shops and supermarket. Hisa Gradnikova has 3 floors, with the top floor being a mezzanine level. This attic level is unsuitable for toddlers or very small children, due to the stairs being very steep, and also a toddler or small child could climb in between the bannisters. Sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms. If you are expecting a modern house, with smooth straight edges, and clinically clean like a hospital, don’t book this house! It is curvy, bumpy walls, some are stone, rustic old doors, and floorboards, and with this type of house it cannot not be like this. It is however full of character and very unique in its shape.
